We have a wide range of chopping boards and cheeseboards boards available in different timbers, varying in size and shape from small herb boards to large carving boards and pizza paddles.
Wooden Spoons
We have a range of styles for different applications, the range includes Round Pointed Spoons, Round Spoons, Spatulas, Mini Spoons, Mini Spatulas and our most popular style the Wok spoon.

These are some of our one-off boards. They are all in stock and available for purchase now, some items may be negotiated on price.
About us
We established Notts Timber Design as a small family business in 2008. Our love of native Australian timbers in particular Tasmanian Timbers and River Red Gum inspired us to make pieces that show of the natural grains and textures of the wood.
Starting out as a hobby making tables, mirrors and boxes soon evolved and before we knew it we were making Wooden Spoons, Chopping Boards and Wooden Bowls using the furniture off cuts. They soon became our most popular product at the local market The Castlemaine Artist Market.
